Our best perennial "all clover" food plot mix and highly desired for trails as well as large and small food plots.
Perennial whitetail or turkey food plot mix consisting of Medium Red Clover, Alsike Clover, Ladino Clover, Dutch White Clover and Crimson Clover. This mix will come back each year for 3 to 5 years.
Best if planted in 3 acres or larger plots as deer will start grazing upon emergance. Small plots may get grazed hard and produce poorly.
Rate - 8 - 10 lbs./ac
Plant early spring 1/4 inch deep
* Add 2 to 3 lbs of Chicory for an incredible perennial that deer really go for (our "Clover-Chicory" mix). All Clover and Chicory is our #1 perennial deer food plot combination for attracting deer!
* Frost Seeding - In the early spring, with freezing nights and thawing days, you can broadcast over trails, existing food plots, etc. The freezing-thawing will work the seed into the ground to provide an "over-seeding".
